When will my order be shipped?
We ship your order immediately after we have received your payment.
Estimated shipping times are as follows, depending on distance:
- Belgium and The Netherlands: 1-2 business days
- other European countries: 3-4 business days
We will keep you informed about the estimated date of arrival by email.
Do I have to pay any additional shipping costs?
No. For deliveries to European countries, the shipping costs are entirely on us.
What if I'm not present when my order is delivered?
In case you're not present when the order is delivered, the courier will leave a note so you can pick up the package at your local collection point (usually the post office).
I want to return my order. What now?
- First of all, let us know on email@example.com.
- We accept returned orders within 10 business days after the customer has received them, so don't wait too long.
- The shipping costs for the return are yours. Please ship through your local post office.
- If we receive the returned order within the 10-day limit, undamaged and in the original packaging, the original cost will be refunded immediately through bank transfer.
