How to pay for my online order?

We offer the following payment options:

  • MasterCard / VISA / AmericanExpress;
  • Bancontact / iDeal;
  • ApplePay;
  • bank deposit.

    When will my order be shipped?

    After we have received proof of payment, your order will be shipped with Bpost (Belgian (inter)national mail) within one or two business days.

    Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows, depending on distance:

    • Belgium and The Netherlands: 2-3 business days
    • other EU countries: 4-5 business days

    We will keep you informed about the estimated date of arrival by email (you will be sent a tracking code).
    Please be aware that delays are possible (customs clearance, holidays etc.)

    Do I have to pay shipping costs?

    These costs are as follows, depending on distance:

    • Belgium:
      orders < €85: €6
      orders > €85: free shipping
    • The Netherlands: €14
    • France, Germany, Luxembourg: €16
    • other EU countries:
      orders < €120: €29
      orders > €120: €18

    In the case of returns, the return shipping costs have to be paid by the customer.

    What if I'm not home during the delivery attempt?

    In most cases, the courier will leave a note so you can pick up the package at your local collection point (usually the post office). You can always check the track & trace code for the most recent updates & whereabouts about the package.

    I want to return my order. What now?

    • First of all, let us know on (see return form below).
    • We accept returned orders within 14 days after the day the customer has received them (= the day the package is delivered or is available at the collection point).
    • The costs for the return are yours. Ship through your local post office. Return address: Myrthis, Blancefloerlaan 17, 2050 Antwerp, Belgium. Please let us know the tracking code provided by the post office.
    • If we receive the returned order within the 14-day limit, undamaged and in the original packaging, the amount paid by you (including the initial shipping costs, not the return costs) will be refunded by bank transfer as soon as possible.
